That moment when an overweight person who isn't...
At least I’m doing something about my weight. It took more than a month to gain this, it’s gonna take more than a month to lose it.
I’m not giving up no matter what anyone says.
I feel bad for not exercising 5 days straight.
I hate being sick D: But today marks my first month since I started this whole weight loss! My starting weight was 133, and as of today, I’m 126! :D

Here’s my daily intake on food:
Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Lean Crunch cereal w/ 1/2 cup low-fat milk Snack: Choclate chip Quaker granola bar Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread Snack: 1 banana Dinner: Oatmeal
Is this a good diet plan?
